Still alive

I was informed that I need to update this so here goes... Lets see what have we been doing....... Well a couple weeks ago we went to Couer d Alene to see Chris Clarmont, the guy who created Wolverine and has writen tons of comic books so of course we had to go and have hime sign the comics Cale had that he wrote really nice guy, his wife stood and talked with Cale for probablly 15 -20 minutes. Beau did pretty ok for the most part. He started school 2 weeks ago, because he is so drasticly behind they placed him in Kindergaten and he says he hates school, he doesn't like that he has to go everyday all day, oh well he'll live. Yesterday was kinda funny/ irrating. Heres some background first, last Saturday a family in our wards huse burned down ( ALWAYS make sure lighters and matches are out of little fingers reach) So I offered to watch the kids for them this week. I have watched them before they are both in my primary class so it really is no big deal. So the last few days they have been here. Yesterday Cale woke up with the start of a nasty migraine so he went to court and was going to come home. All of this Beau knew. Well school starts at 8:45am I got a phone call at 8:50 from his school saying that he was in the office complaining because his stomache hurt. He had said nothing about it when I had dropped him off earlier. I told the secretary that I thought we should wait a bit and see if he felt better, she agreed. At this point I really don't think he's really sick, he knows that Cales comming home and he thinks he should be able to stay home with him. I wait till The kids get there abot 20 minutes later and called her back, she said he was still there. I asked to talk to him he got on the phone and this chipper little voice says Hi, I asked him what was wrong, he said my stomach hurts, I told him I would come and get him but if he couldn't go to school he couldn't go to Math and Science night that night, He paused adn thought about it for a sec and then said ok I want to come home. So I loaded 2 rowdy kids in the car adn went and got him. I walked in the office and here he comes skipping in the door from getting his backpack happy as can be. Now I really know he's not sick. So anyway he was chatting up a storm with the kids telling them all the cool stuff they could go do. Imagine his suprise when we got home and he got told since he was "sick" he had to stay in bed all day, that he could read books but that was it. I got this look that said well when Cale comes home he'll wont make me stay in bed. Needless to say he was in bed all day. It was really funny when I brought him lunch of toast and chicken noodle soup, he looked at me like are you kidding I want real food. I told him that he needed light foods for his stomache because it was hurting. He just scowled at me it was hilareous. Anyway he ended up in bed all day, pouting, crying (poor boy still thinks tears have an effect on us lol) bored to death. His caseworker had her visit yesterday and we told her what was up adn she went in to chat with him like they do she came out and said he isn't sick, All in all I think he learned something adn went to school very willingly today. Now don't get me wrong if he really was sick I would have let him lie down and watch tv and relax, but we knew he wasn't sick so he got to stay in bed. He told me later he thought I was going to lethim play and watch TV. No such luck. Anyway that was our story for the last little while. Things are still really tough and in fact they are getting worse in some areas. In the mean time we are doing the best that we can.
