I finally got some pics on here so I can post this now.
As most of you all know by now we finally got our foster parent license last Friday and we had the oppurtunity to do respite for 2 little girls 10 and 6.
They were the perfect kids for us to have for our first ones to break us in a bit. We had them from Sat until Tuesday morning. The only down side was that we had to get up and 5 am to make sure everyone was dressed and ready for school, they got to take Monday off, before their pick up came at 6:30am, but we pulled it off with time to spare. We had loads of fun went to the park which they loved carved a pumpkin. It was just great to have kids around again, can't wait till we get our own placements, who will now be the same age as theses 2 were they will be quite a bit younger, like a baby and a 2 or 3 year old, that we are better equipped to handle. We'll have the right beds, carseats ect... Anyway we had an awesome weekend. The girls seemed sad to be leaving, but I think that had more to do with they didn't want to go to school than anything else. LOL. I was able to take some pictures our last day at the park, Brenda these pics don't really do her justice but I swear we found Gabby's twin, not kidding, I wish I could have gotten a better shot that showed it more, but she was being a stinker.lol

Having fun at the park
Finally she let me take a good pic of her. Of course I had to let her take a self portrait, but hey what ever works right.
I thought she did a pretty good job
I have now decided that I am going to do my best to buy the bulk of my stuff online. I swear everytime I go to the Walmart here they NEVER have what I need in stock, and finding someone that will actually help you is a joke in this store. We went in Saturday cause we had to get a booster seat for Hailey, the one I wanted for $15 wasn't on the shelf anywhere. so Cale being the fabulous husband he is is finally able to track somebody down, which in this store is no small feat, to see if we can get some one to help us. They said they would get right on it, Yea whatever, 15 minutes later we are still waiting, so needless to say we ended up paying $30 for a booster seat beacuse that was all they had onthe shelf, for those who really know me know I am the queen of cheap I craigslist, garage sale, goodwill it up, I was not happy about spending $30, and many of you might not agree with this but that seat is going back, I refuse to pay that kind of money for something when they have the same thing for 1/2 the price, they just wouldn't help up. This isn't the first time something like this has happened, we'll ask someone to see if they have anymore of something and they either come back like 2-3 minutes later saying no sorry we're out, you know they didn't go look, or they just plain don't come back.
we took the booster seat back today, with no problem
On a more positive note Yesterday I finally found the diaper bag that I wanted in Tricities at Big Lots, I love that store, it was only $12.99 and it came with the hard wipee case, that I have been looking everywhere for, so I don't have to lug the whole tub around, and it came with a mini diaper bag. this is exactly what I have been looking for, I wanted a big bag for trips and stuff and a little one for going to the store and church. I haven't been able to find one for a price I was willing to pay, normally the big bag was like $20 and a small bag was like $14 I got a matching set $12.99. And its a cute bag. That was my find of the day yesterday. When we found it Cale said get it, it was exactly what we had been looking for.
