update
We just found out there wasn't enough judges to hear all the cases yesterday so it got continued until Dec 8, but they said that is a guaranteed date, and we will have a verdict by the 9th. So crap happens what ya gonna do ya know, We already know this is all just a technicality. There is a slim chance of them moving, but it a very slim chance. In the mean time we just wait. At least it didn't get pushed off for another 6 months that happens a lot here Anyway that's the latest and the greatest. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers
