New news
Lets see whats new. Cale had a job interview a few weeks ago in Spokane, but didn't get offered the job, bummer. But he has another interview in Spokane for a different position on Thursday, this is one of the jobs he really wants, its still with the state just a different area. So we are crossing our fingers and praying with all our might that he gets it. Because honestly he needs a new job, even if we can't get back to Spokane, we just need to get out of Moses Lake for a number of different reasons that I am not going to get into on here. So hopefully we will have job news sooner rather than later.
Jon had his last soccer practice tonight. He only had to run 4 times extra for not listening this time. He has REALLY done great in soccer. He always scores at least one goal every game. I am really good he was able to play this year and be on an actual team I think it was really good for him and he has grown alot. He loves that this is his thing and he doesn't have to do it with his sister. He is loving preschool, he's in the same class as last year which I think was a good and bad thing for him but oh well.
Katie, who yes is still going by Katie, I think this change will be permanent is loving school. She hasn't beat anyone up yet. Thankfully, lol. Her teachers all say she is doing great. She did tot soccer for awhile but ended up having to quit. She keeps asking when she is getting a baby sister so she can share her room, translation she wants someone to play with and talk to at night when she is supposed to be sleeping. :)
We have had some other major changes one of which is that Maybe you should sit down for this
I went back to work. I did it. I know some of you are thinking I said I would never do it. I am only working part time and its for some friends of ours who started a business here. I really like it. It gets me out of the house for a few hours and I have someone to talk to other than myself or the kids. My schedule is flexible enough right now that I can still get the kids to appointments and do stuff at the school. I was a little hesitant about having the kids in daycare, but honestly they love it. They have other kids to play with and the best part, for Jon anyway, is that the kids are separated by age so they aren't together all the time and get the chance to make other friends. They are learning so much, its not one of those daycare's where they just sit and play or watch tv, they do more preschool type things and have more of a schedule. Its close to Cales work and mine so its convenient to pick them up.
Sorry for no pics, we have some but we aren't supposed to post pics of the kids on line, though it seems like everyone else does so I might just say screw it and post some.
