Venting
OK so, we have an insurance guy come over tonight, to talk to us about getting life insurance and what not. We're sitting at the table with him and all of a sudden we hear this LOUD banging on our door seriously thought someone was going to break it down. Scared the crap out of us. Turns out it was our lovely Neighbor who lives next door to us. Apparently the insurance guy had parked in our driveway and he couldn't park his car in his spot. Rather than saying hey are you parked out there could you please move it so I can park, he was really pissy about it demanding that it be moved NOW and then when the insurance guy was all apologetic about it saying, hey I didn't know I haven't ever been here before the neighbor told him he didn't care and that he had better never do it again. Blah blah blah. He also noticed that our screen door chain had broken and got in our face about it and was like you needed to tell me so I could get it fixed and was a real JERK about it acted like it was the end of the world. Seriously not joking. They wonder why they haven't been able to keep a tenant more than a few months. You just don't treat people like that. What sad is that how he treats most people in general. His wife is almost as bad but not quite. I am debating about whether to have Cale say something to him about how it was VERY inappropriate of him to act like that and to treat our guest like that. Seriously give me a break, When we have people over they need to feel comfortable not that they are going to get their heads handed to them which is what our neighbor did tonight. The other thing that has been driving us crazy is the fact that their 8 year old daughter who comes over here for activity days is always saying that its their house and implies very strongly that they can come and go in our home as they please. She said something yesterday in front of Cale and he was less than happy but what can you say to a little kid. I really want to say something about all this to them but I am also TERRIFIED of him he has a horrible temper plus we have to see them at church on Sundays, yes they are members. What do you think we should do? Should we let it go or are we justified in saying something we do pay rent like I said, and I feel we should be treated with some level of respect. Let us know.

That is totally innapropriate for your landlords to be acting in such a manner. Do you have a contract with them? I'm sorry that has to really suck. I would be mad too!!
We do its a month to month lease. They normally keep to themselves so it usually isn't too bad. He is just a very angry guy in general. We actually just feel sorry for him. So whatever, Cale is going to take care of it.
Wow - that's just completely wrong! Unfortunately, he doesn't really sound like the type of person you can reason with.
Sounds like you need a friendlier place to live (especially with kids and social workers coming and going)!
Yikes!
THAT IS TOTALLY RUDE! You need to move back to our NICE ward ...
I FOUND YOU!!! YAY ME!
